Live with Confidence and Stress Free

On the day of my superannuation, my daughter wrote me some very very emotional lines in email making me a role model for her. I really become emotional and thought to give her something in return. I thought I should give her my thoughts which I applied to to my life and because of that I could achieve a clean carrier with a top CPSU position. Today, after 20 days, I realised that I should share this with the world. My thoughs may help someone overwhelmed by the of atrocities of life specially of a corporate life.

The world is full of casual advisors, they will advise every thing if they are not affected with it. But if someone takes them seriously the world become worst place to live for the advise taker. However, advice and counselling is essential as we are the social animals. But if we follow certain principals, we may able to live life with joy and dignity. Below are my principals:-

1. Every problem has solution, we only need to see the problem with the angle of solution — No Problem

2. Read much, write your views on learning on what you have read, Orate your learnings in your own worlds with your own opinion. — True Learning

3. Publicise your self through LinkedIn, interactions with good person (bad person will try to make you down, avoid them), writing articles, tweet on twitter etc. — Personal Branding

4. Learn to ignore things, not important for your progress, to keep your mind free of unnecessary distractions otherwise they will slowdown your progress. — Live without Stress

5. Be humble with every one but not so much that they take you for granted. — Be Humble

6. Do not hesitate to ask a favour from someone but keep your tone or request such that you are eager to help the world — Self Confidence

7. Attitude matters, in a jungle, tiger is fastest, giraffe is biggest, elephant is strongest but king of jungle is lion, why, because of his attitude. This world is full of coward. They will put you down only if you pose yourself as a meek person. Your attitude will keep them in their nest. — Attitude is everything

There are four Qs very essential for an healthy and peaceful life.

PQ — Physical Quotient — Keep yourself physically fit with controlled eating and physical exercise.

IQ — Intelligent Quotient — Unfortunately get developed at an early age typically upto five years. But can be enhanced with reading, writing and orating.

EQ — Emotional Quotient — Learn to control your emotions, learn to take decisions with mind rather than with emotions.

SQ — Spiritual Quotient — Spirituality give you inner strength which comes from Yoga and Meditation. The inner strength will keep you happy all the time.
